All right, it’s the second week of Feel Good Saturdays and I’m already cheating. The story is six months old, but after an exhaustive editorial meeting it passed. My blog, my rules.
It’s the story of nine-year old Connor and six-year-old Cayden. Last year they competed in, and finished, several triathlons. Their story is unique. Cayden has cerebral palsy and Connor wanted his brother to experience sports like other kids his age do, and so Team Long Brothers was born. They touched a lot of people and Sports Illustrated recognized the brothers as the 2012 Sportskids of the Year.
Perhaps you’ve already heard about these champions, but if you haven’t, enjoy the video. By the 3:12 minute mark I was blubbering. Happy blubbering.
As Connor says, “We can always do anything.”

Oh my…well that was my good ol’ cry for the day. So awesome.
It is!
And now I’m blubbering too – what a sweet story!!
A good blubbering.
WOW…Just WOW…started crying way before the 3 min mark….
It’s such a beautiful story, isn’t it?
